Gratitude
December 30,
2006
Dear
Barry's Bakery:
On behalf of OPERATION GRATITUDE and the U.S. troops deployed overseas
who benefit from your kindness, I thank you from the bottom of my
heart for your great generosity. Your donation of snack food items
enabled us to surpass our goals and send more than 56,000 wonderfully
enhanced Holiday Care Packages to individuals named Soldiers, Marines,
Airmen and Sailors in military theatres throughout the world. With
your support, we were able to celebrate the shipment of our 50,000th
package in one campaign, as well as 200,000th package since our
inception. (click here to read

Dear
Gavin,
Operation Interdependence® (OI®) was thrilled to participate
in the NACS Show for the third consecutive year. Thanks to the generosity
of exhibitors such as Barry’s Bakery, we filled three large
trucks with surplus non-perishable product that will be donated
to troops on the front lines and to military families. (click

been completed, we’ve included several of your products in
our baskets.
We want to thank you for helping us enhance the look of our product

Diabetes Association
To
Whom It May Concern,
On
behalf of the Diabetes Association of the Dayton Area, I want to
express my sincere thanks for Barry’s Bakery’s generous
contribution to our camp for children with diabetes. There are over
210,000 children under the age of 20 years old living with diabetes
in the United States. Unfortunately, this numbers growing, as we
see more and more children develop what used to be thought of as
‘adult-onset’, or Type 2 diabetes.
Your
kindness and generosity allowed for a new snack to be provided for
our campers this year. Camp is not just a fun experience for these
kids, but an opportunity for them to meet other children like themselves
and learn how to manage their diabetes more effectively. Children
leave camp with happy memories, new knowledge and confidence about
living with this discase.
We
truly couldn’t do this without your support and we want you
to know how very much the Diabetes Association of the Dayton Area
(and these families) appreciates your organization’s efforts.
Sincerely,
Julie
